#695 ButtonItem disappears after printing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select within showcase ../index.html#form_dep_enable_disable
2. click Print button
3. close Printpreview
4. click "I accept the agreement" check box

What is the expected output?
Proceed button toggle enable/disable

What do you see instead?
Proceed button disappears permanently

What version of the product are you using?
/builds/SmartGWT/3.0p/LGPL/2012-12-07
/builds/SmartGWT/3.1p/LGPL/2012-12-07

On what operating system?
Xp, W7

What browser(s) does this happen in? 
FF 17.0, IE 9.0.11

Please provide any additional information below.
I found the same behavior in my project,
I have not attached a testcase because reproducible in Showcase.
