What is the file size difference on the downloads v7.1 page?

Hello,
Can you help me which one to download , There are many files for download of smartpos- ver 7.1 so which file do i have to download, as i can see all files are 734 mb, except one is 23.4 mb and the first pos is 97.4mb?
What is the difference in their size please?
I am using wimdows 10.
