Friends, I have recent contact with the POS solution Smart analyzing the product for use in a restaurant setting not found the waiter service to receive commission on a table, get sales report of this committee and the waiter entitlements.
Can anyone help?
I am here in Brazil and it is normal to charge a service fee of 10% on the consumption of a table.

if you are talking about regular tips (% or money amount), both are supported out of the box with smartpos since version 1.1 (we are about to release 1.3 version with a lot of new enhanments for restaurants and new focus and fucntionality for the pharmacy industry.)
Just play with the demo + data that we provide since version 1.1, and you will find examples with tip and discounts ...

El camarero recoge comandos del cliente de solicitud señalando en una secuencia de papel y pasa a la casilla que se lanzará en SMARTPOS tanto, tenemos que empatar el escritorio / aplicación / camarero y cerrar la cuenta para añadir un cargo por servicio del 10% del camarero, que es posible hoy en día?

Please keep your messages in English if you are in this forum (or use the spanish forum for that),,, I guess your spanish was not pretty exact because still I don't understand your question, please provide a more specific exmaple (english better) .. to validate if yoiru requirement is supported ...

The waiter collects the customer's request noting commands in a sequence of paper and passes the box that will launch in SMARTPOS therefore need to tie the desk / application / waiter and close the account to add a service charge of 10% of the waiter, that is possible today?

if what you are looking for is to calculate the total of sales(and some global tip for everyone) sumamrizing tickets per person,or something like that , you will need to create a simple report for that purpose with jasper reports or any other reporting tool extracting the info from the ticket table of yoru local POS ...(everything is there).

4. What is your current profile: technical, business ? experience on Restaurant industry with IT solutions ?
5. do you understand that our solution requieres (non optional) SmartPOS + SmartERP + activeMQ ?
6. have you already read all our wiki and docs available online ?

A quick summary of options with SmartPOS ...
to manage regular tips, out-of-the-box you can use the tip button, to add % or money per ticket *before the payment ...
