Upgrade SmartERP (for smartPOS 2.1) from iDempiere 1.0c to iDempiere 2.1

Refer to http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Upgrade_from_1.0c_to_2.0 or http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Migration_Notes#From_iDempiere_1.0_to_iDempiere_2.0 as guide.
- Start from download iDempiere 2.1 source code and import to eclipse.
- migrate existing Database using scripts availabe on wiki. (carefully when running the scripts)
- then in eclipse import smartPOS plugin (SmartPOSListener, etc)
- after all done, build installer again to replace existing/old idempiere, you can refer to http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Creating_Installers_from_Eclipse

one more thing make sure the smartPOS plugin are running in iDempiere. you can check on felix console http://localhost:8085/osgi/system/console/bundles

just wanna share that I have done, hope this will help others
