C++ Smart Pointers / News: Recent posts

I finally got the home page setup. It should have all of the information necessary to use this project, but if anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to post them in the "Forums" section. I've already thought of a minor optimization or two that I could make, so don't be surprised if a version 1.01 appears in the next week or so.
