#4 Don't regenerate UDN each startup

Some controlpoints remember the UDN of the device, and keep the device in thier list of devices. (eq. plugplayer)
When the UDN is regenerated each startup, the controlpoints list grows.

So the best thing to do is generated UDN (UUID) once and save it to use it the next time.

This is not necessarily the case. It looks like the controlpoints can also remember the IP address and port number i.s.o. the UUID. So lower the priority.
