#41 INKEY doesn't seems to work.

INKEY doesn't seems to work.
Never waiting for keyboard input at my system.
Always returns empty.
Eg. the example progmam (from language reference), always returns: "keyboard buffer is empty".
Similar output at my programs too.
On Win7 x64 GR Ult.

This has all been re-implemented under the updated SDL version
