Abstract

Communication in conferences with videoprojection is often unidirectional. The goal of our project is to develop a message management system for conferences, in which the audience is able to actively participate to the conference. The conference participants are able to send, through technological devices, public or private questions to the speaker. The speaker, in addition to the possibility to give his presentation, is able to answer directly to public questions or to collect the address of the participants that have sent private questions. The system has been implemented in Smart-M3, a platform that permits a good management of distributed systems.
