So thinking like a user here, in torque when you "qsub -I" the user can immediately mpiexec, etc his job. With the wrapper am I right to assume that someone used to mpiexec may not get the behavior they expect? There is only so much you can do to make slurm behave like torque/maui. At some point the users have to learn how slurm works and adjust their methods. Correct me if I'm wrong.
