[slrn-doc] Website changed locations

Hi,

Just to let you all know that courtesy of a small neck injury and time
off work I have achieved my goal of restructuring the directories and
documents on the slrn website.

For slrn-doc this will simply mean that any references to the slrn
site will need to be either to:

http://slrn.sourceforge.net/documentation.html

which would be the safest option or to a file in:

http://slrn.sourceforge.net/docs/blah_blah.html

as the old scheme of some files in manual/ and some in docs/ has been
abolished. This has all been scrupulously covered with 301 redirects
so the general public will not be alarmed :-).
