[Slrn-doc-development] slrnpull-README.sgml

Hi,

I have utilised a spare 2 hours and converted the file
doc/slrnpull/README to slrnpull_README.sgml and placed it in the svn
repository + generated html and txt.

The sgml is a little rough still and could do with a little polishing
but my spare hours have ended :-).
