#56 cellular place specific location not displayed

When entering Cellular Place information, it is possible
to enter a reference to another database (other database
name and other database identifier) for a cellular
location. For example, one could enter a GO cellular
component. Once entered, this information is not
displayed in window contaning Cellular Place annotation
however it is saved in the ASN.1 form of the record. In
the future, it will be necessary to display this information.
