#52 Cellular Place Reference

Currently a publication reference added for an interaction
cellular place is not displayed when viewing the record.
The reference is present in the ASN associated with the
cellular place info. I have tried to add the reference in
two different ways but neither has worked: 1) when first
entering the Cellular place annotation and 2) by adding
a 'Cellular Place Source' after initially adding the cellular
place information
