#18 Recognize more programming languages and configuration formats

sloccount is awesome at counting lines in many common programming languages. But sometimes I program in wacky languages and formats like Scala (.scala), Javascript (.js, .json, .coffee), PostgreSQL (.psql), ack (.ackrc), git (.gitignore), and so on. This is only a fraction of the files I want sloccount to scan ;)

I would be really happy if sloccount expanded its scanning to include all text files, so as to include hundreds of new programming languages and formats all in one swoop.

One way to implement this would be to default to open, scanning all files except for:

• Known binary file types (.bin, .exe, office, images, audio, video)
• Files that diff thinks are binary (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2644938/how-to-tell-binary-from-text-files-in-linux).
