#1 install docs?

the book refers to the install files in the slither
package for proper installation but the package has
no readme, setup or install files..the setup.sh file
just does permission changes but not actual
instructions for locations of packages etc. The
book also states to refer to the install intructions
with the package--that do not exist--...any idea
when these mystery instructions will appear.
