#98 Win32 stand alone application annoyances

Being that my linux server died, I decided to play with
the standalone Windows application.

1. Maximize the window, then minimize to tray, then
maximize. Window does not come back maximized
from tray, even though that was the state it was in when
minimized.

2. My intellimouse integrates with Internet Explorer such
that if I hit certain buttons it goes forward/backward in
the history as well as scrolling. It does scroll but does
not navigate back/forward within the interface with
mouse buttons. Would be nice, as I find myself trying to
do it. Don't know the possibility though.

3. Right clicking on tray item should not maximize the
window. At best, it should provide options of some sort
such as
maximize/minimize/close/rescan/volume/whatever...
