#116 Alphabet indices break with TSOx frames
The "A B C..." links at the top and bottom of the
"Browse Artists" page are shown instead as "A D A B
T..." when I use the TSOP ID3 frames in my files. The
same thing happens in the "Browse Album" page when I
use TSOA frames.

While not a bug, I think that when browsing by artist/album
on the server, that I would prefer the sorted artist/album
frame to be displayed when present.
