#102 Handling multi-disc CDs (without iTunes)

This issue was brought up in the Yahoo! Group:

MP3s from multi-disc albums, containing the same Album
tag, are sorted in order Album, Position, Track by the
SliMP3 software. This causes tracks to be ordered as
Track 1 - Disc 1
Track 1 - Disc 2
Track 2 - Disc 1
Track 2 - Disc 2
etc.
instead of
Track 1 - Disc 1
Track 2 - Disc 1
...
Track 1 - Disc 2
Track 2 - Disc 2
Tweaking of tags (adding a comment tag like "Disc-1" as
iTunes does) does not solve the issue.
