Been having some hardware issues, otherwise I would have made an update by now.

Items to come in next version:
- fix *NIX compilation issues (at least FreeBSD, which I have available, but should generalize)
- set_ordered container which can guarantee ordering of slot calls
- *maybe* I'll get to implementing return values from slots, but that might be next version
