#7 Improve the View top-menu

- Add a bullet or check mark to signify the active
choice
- Use informative titles and, if possible, submenus,
for things like background color
- Avoid duplicate commands such as "Add endoscopic
view" and "Remove endoscopic view", and use a checked
or text changing menu item.
