#45 DICOM-import of CT-data: Keep Tilt

On a CT-dataset loaded the variables are (among others):

Slice tilt from Header: 10.5
Save all.

Open scene again, Look at header information of the
volume: Slice tilt= 0.

BUT: Displayed at the right slice tilt of 10.5. But
when clicking "Apply" the visualisation of the Slices
changes (esp. at the saggital Plane).
