#21 new MRML saved view format issues

Changes were recently made to save View information in
MRML nodes rather than Options nodes with a string of
modules' presets. Bugs introduced with these changes:

- Users have said that saved views in MRML file may not
work correctly/have the same features as before: this
needs testing.

- Preset 0, the default user preference view, does not
work anymore. So when the user saves Options.xml this
has no effect.
