SLG Comms 3.2.0 released

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since the last release. There has actually been a release with version 3.1.1. But that one was never publicly released.

v3.2.0 brings support for the following
- TSViewer.com. SLG Comms has the ability to cache TSViewer.com data. Other then that it really doesn't offer anything extra to the solution TSViewer.com offer themselves. (Thanks to Ginger from TSViewer.com)
- French translation. (Thanks to Peloo)
- Support for Ventrilo v3.0.0 and higher
- Support for various new versions of forums like PhpBB 3.0.0 and higher, Burning Board 3.0 / Lite 2.0.0 and more.

v3.2.0
- New language placeholder in lng_earlyerrrors.php called: {TEXT_UNKNOWN_EXEC_ERROR}
- Added proper error message incase safe mode is activated and if thats causing problems for SLG Comms.
- Added TSViewer.com support (permission and help from TSViewer.com, Ginger)
- UTF8 support disabled since all TeamSpeak and Ventrilo servers utilize Latin1 charsets which caused some abnormalities
- Fixed some small typos in the english language files.
- Large amount of changes to the security scripts to support PhpBB3
- Small improvements to the template processing class
- Fixed a small glitch for new installations where proper fixing of "Forum_relative_path" was not done properly. This required the user to allways enter a slash at the end.
- Fixed the ability to download dbsettings.inc.php if SLG Comms could not save it automatically, It seems this was broken in all the v3.x.x versions of SLG Comms
- Changed the name for the phpnuke forums profile from "PHP-Nuke 7.8-8.0 + PhpBB 2.0.7" to "PHP-Nuke 7.8-8.0 + PhpBB port 2.0.7"
- Changed MB, GB and others to MiB, GiB and other equivalents in lng_index_ts.php
- Added support for Burning Board 3.0.0-3.0.7
- Added support for Burning Board Lite 2.0.0
- Added support for Invision Power Board 2.3.5
- Added support for PhpBB 2.0.23
- Added support for PhpBB 3.0.2
- Added support for SMF (Simple Machines Forum) 1.0.13

v3.2.0 - Template changes
- Template: "Default compact" - The stylesheet main.css has "margin: 0" on the body tag now.
- Changed copyright notice to include 2008
- Template: "Default 2" - The admin pages have been improved a tiny bit. Its still not as it should but its getting a bit closer

v3.1.1 - NOT PUBLICLY RELEASED
- New language placeholder in lng_index_vent.php called: {TEXT_USERAUTH}
- Removed language placeholder in lng_header.php called: {CHARSET}
- Added a extra trim to the error handling of connecting to servers
- Fixed a missing GLOBALS variable during error handling operations in footer.inc.php (NOTICE level error)
