I am new to this and wonder if any one can help with instructions on
how to incorporate Autospy into Sleuth Kit bootable CD. Any help
appreciated.

There are already several bootable CDs that include The Sleuth Kit and 
Autopsy.  If you are referring to the Penguin Sleuth Kit CD, then it 
already includes The Sleuth Kit and Autopsy.
