Alessandro, a ConcurrentModificationError happens when the Java virtual
machine detects that more than one thread can access an unguarded
collection. It is symptomatic of a multithreaded programming error. Is it
at all possible to send me a copy of the autopsy_traces.log files from the
logs directory of the case folder and the messages.log files and
autopsy_traces.log files from ~\Users\[your user
name]\AppData\Roaming\autopsy\var\log folder? If you are able to do this, I
will be more than happy to try to track down and fix the problem based on
what I can glean from those application logs.
Judging from the large number of errors that have been registered (19722)
and the lack of progress, I am sorry to say that I believe that Autopsy is
hung up and will need to be restarted.
