It sounds like your system don't have enough of a development environment
installed to compile TSK.
I suggest running the following command to install some of the development
environment necessary to build packages:
yast -i cpp gcc make binutils glibc-devel
Every external library that a program uses must have a corresponding
-devel package installed. I don't recall which libraries TSK / Autopsy
require any more, but when gcc inevitably complains about missing #include
or header files, you'll need to figure out which -devel package provides
those headers, and install them, too.
(This process does get easier as you compile more software. :)
