Pre-registration for FIDES04 (in Edinburgh on 1st and 2nd March) is now open 
at http://fides04.n-gate.net/

The full programme will be announced within the next two weeks.

We have had a good response to the call for papers. Submissions have been 
received from the USA, Norway, India and UK.
