I'm pleased to announce that AFFLIB 2.0a23 is now released. The big 
difference between this version of AFFLIB and previous versions is that I'm 
checking for more functions and #include files in the "autoconf" script, so 
AFFLIB and all of the AFF tools now properly compile under Cygwin.
