Interestingly, I formatted the 500MB disk that works from vfat to ntfs using
the write-enabled UltraBlock in windows XP. Fired it up in fedora, and
Fedora at least -tried- to mount that one - the icon showed up and
everything. Problem is I didn't have NTFS module loaded (nor is it
installed right now). So, that explains that, but it doesn't explain why
the other drive crashes the whole usb storage subsytem when the usb-ide
bridge is started up with it. There have been compatibility issues with DI
(Tableau) products in the past, so maybe they have a firmware update.
