Summary: AFF support on windows
Initial Comment:
The aff_open method needs to be modified to convert TSK_TCHAR to a char on Windows so that we can open images. It will be a lossy conversion and will fail for non-latin file names, but there is no wide version for AFF on windows. We should give an error if the name being converted is using the upper byte in a UTF-16 character.
