Summary: Add Volume Slack virtual file
Initial Comment:
Add a virtual file for each file system to account for the sectors in a volume that are not being used by the file system.
Things to consider:
- Should these be block or sector sized?
- The FS_OPEN routine currently doesn\'t know anything about when the volume officially ends.
