Summary: Autopsy needs to support 0-sized HFS directories
Initial Comment:
The size of a directory needs to be figured out. HFS doesn't store this info and TSK doesn't estimate it. This impacts Autopsy.

Message:
It is true that HFS directories take 0 bytes of blocks because their
contents are in the B-trees. Therefore, Autopsy should be fixed.
