[sleuthkit-developers] small patch for src/fstools/fatfs.c verbose message

There's a slight error with the verbose message output of
src/fstools/fatfs.c in sleuthkit 1.73.
Briefly, the sector numbers outputted by the verbose status messages 
don't actually match the sectors being looked at.

The patch supplied is against the above version.
