There should be a log entry in the Autopsy log with a stack trace for the
exception that occurred and triggered the error message that you report.
The message part of the log entry will be "Error setting image paths", so
you can open the log file(s) in a text editor and search for that. You can
locate the log files by opening the case and selecting Help, Open Log
Folder. The stack trace, redacted to remove any information specific to the
case if necessary, should provide a clue. I will be happy to look it over.
