[sleuthkit-users] SleuthKit 4.2.0 release for Windows

I downloaded the SleuthKit 4.2.0 binary release for Windows in .zip 
format from 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sleuthkit/files/sleuthkit/4.2.0/sleuthkit-4.2.0-win32.zip/download. 
After unzipping the release I see in the bin directories the DLLs:

libewf.dll
libtsk_jni.dll
msvcp100.dll
msvcr100.dll
zlib.dll

I do not see a libtsk.dll ? Is it missing ?
