[sleuthkit-announce] Autopsy 4.0.0 is released

Autopsy 4.0.0 adds support for multi-user cases. This allows you to have multiple examiners with the same case open at the same time and you can see their updates and results in real-time.  It also has minor bug fixes and enhancements.
