Hi all,

I am working on Windows 8.1 and have updated all drives. I have been
downloading various versions of Autopsy, however immediately upon
installation completion I get the error:

Indexing server port 23,232 is not available.  Check if your security
software does not block Autopsy and consider changing IndexingServerPort in
KeywordSearch property file in the application user folder. Then try
rebooting your system if another process was causing the conflict.


This error appears with Autopsy version 3.1.1 and also 3.1.0. As you may
know I need to use a 64 bit version.


After trying to add a data source I get these messages.

Because of these errors the files are not added to the case.

Any assistance which can be given in this regard will be greatly
appreciated.
