It should. I haven't explicitly done the test before. My only slight concern would be the images_path table, which stores where the images are located. At one point, I made a note that we should store them in a consistent way (slash direction and such) regardless of the platform. But, I don't know if we ever did that (and I'm not sure that it really makes sense given that Unix paths are much different from Windows paths).
