Alonso, thanks for bringing this to our attention. It turns out that there is a bug in the report generation code for some blackboard artifact types. We will have this fixed for Autopsy release 3.1.2. I expect that release will happen by the end of the year. Once the fix is in, I'll make a post to notify anyone who would like to build the develop branch from source to get the fix quicker. As a partial workaround, the Data Types button in the lower right hand corner of the second page of the Generate Report wizard can be used to pop up a dialog box with a listing of artifact types to report on. Uncheck the types that are causing problems (e.g., in this case email messages) and you will be able to generate at least a partial report.
