[sleuthkit-users] TSK 4.1.3 ./configure fails on Ubuntu 13.10

Hello,
My attempt to ./configure SleuthKit 4.1.3 on Ubuntu 13.10 ends as follows - there are no held packages according to dpkg --get-selections | grep hold
I would be grateful for any advice on how to fix this.
