Hi Ronald - Glad you had a good experience with Autopsy 3. Right now, the case creation and workflow is heavily dependent on the user interface, but we'll be working in the near future at decoupling that a bit more. Our primary use case is testing, but it could provide a way to script from the command line as well potentially.
