Are you using the 64-bit version?  

We've had one  reports on this that 64-bit failed, but the 32-bit version worked, and then the 64-bit version worked.  We've also heard one case that the 64-bit never worked even though the 32-bit did.

Another test that could be useful to track this down is to run listdlls from a command prompt while Autopsy is running and send me the output.  I'm not sure if it is trying to load an older version of the library since we have moved its location around.
