[sleuthkit-users] Fiwalk clam scripts

There's a script and a config file (ficlam.sh and clamconfig.txt) that are
in the TSK git repo (
https://github.com/sleuthkit/sleuthkit/tree/master/tools/fiwalk/plugins)
but not in the 4.1.3 .tar.gz that's distributed on the TSK site.

They seem to work fine. Is there a reason they're excluded from the
.tar.gz? (Apologies if this has been addressed previously on-list).
