The "Downloads" link on the Google Code page---left, bottom---links to the recent versions. 20131230 is up to date; hopefully that works for you. I haven't tried building 4.1.3 yet. Meanwhile, MacPorts could really, really use an update for libewf, and they aren't the only package manager I've seen with that problem.
