Just FYI if you convert PST/OST to EML (RFC-822  / RFC-2822) it will be
lossy conversion.
It also won't be able to represent non mail messages (IPM as PST refers to
it) into EML files.
If you need to convert it, Outlook MSG files are a better option or just
interpret them native.
