[sleuthkit-users] problem recovering data on ext3

my name is justin and i ran into a big problem tonight i deleted my ~/
by accident and i need to recover it all.  its an ext3 partition and i
was trying to use sleuth kit and autopsy but im so frazzeled because
of the possible loss of all my data that i cant think .   is there any
way you could help me out with this problem?   email me here or you
