Hi, i think that with the new version of autopsy (3.x) it should be possible to integrate "Apache Lucene" java components to give the tool
the ability to create an index of text data from the drive image/images being examined. A couple of open source projects that does this
using lucene can be seen at http://puggle.sourceforge.net and at http://regain.sourceforge.net
