Summary: tsk 3.2.2 missing libstdc++ in static build

Initial Comment:
The static build of the sleuthkit 3.2.2 is missing the C++ standard library.
Bindings that use the static library fail to find __cxa_pure_virtual

A work around is run:
LDFLAGS=-lstdc++ ./configure
LDFLAGS=-lstdc++ make
