[sleuthkit-users] Image format type could not be determined

Hi all

I'm new with Autopsy and I'm trying to add a new image but I've always 
the message "The image format type could not be determined for this 
image file".
I'm using Autopsy forensic browser 2.24.
I've made my partition image with the command dd.
My partition is ext3.
Some ideas?
