Summary: NTFS files with zeroed content

Initial Comment:
Jamie Butler and Aaron LeMasters reported that an NTFS file had zeros in it instead of content.  They tracked it down to the INITSIZE code in tsk_fs_attr_read() and found that commenting it out solved the problem.
